Myhomecare, part of the Servisource/Cpl Group, is currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Centralised Recruitment Team.

With 20 years of experience in homecare (established in 2006), Myhomecare is a HSE-recognised national supplier of homecare, employing nearly 350 staff across Ireland.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position requiring you to be based near one of our office locations in Dublin, Dundalk, Cork, Galway, or Limerick, with a combination of office and remote working.

You will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and supporting candidates through the recruitment and onboarding journey, while also representing Myhomecare in the community through recruitment events, poster drops, college visits, and engagement activities.

  • Confident communicating with candidates and stakeholders
  • Happy to attend community events and recruitment activities
  • Target-driven and solution-focused
  • Positive, approachable, and adaptable

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year recruitment experience
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office / CRM systems / Salesforce desirable)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Full driver's licence and access to own transport
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Healthcare Experience

Experience in healthcare or homecare recruitment is highly desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interviewing candidates (virtual and in person)
  • Managing candidate pipelines and compliance processes
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Supporting onboarding and training coordination
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Working closely with internal teams to meet recruitment targets
