What you can expect from the recruitment process
- Phone screen conversation with one of our recruiters
- Face to Face or Online Video Interview
- Garda vetting submission
- Submit all necessary compliance documents including references
- Mandatory training – Patient moving and handling, CPR & in person induction training
Once all stages of the recruitment process are completed – you are ready to start with clients! You are then passed to our client care manager & bookings team who will organise your schedule.
