• Follow up home visits – Ensuring the plan of care in place is meeting our clients needs

• Spot checks- Ensuring our staff are maintaining the high standard of care delivery as promised.

• Contacting clients via phone regularly to ensure that they are happy with the service.

• Ensuring all care is documented.

• Feedback- We continuously strive to improve our service therefore we welcome any feedback from both our clients and employees.

• Refer clients to other services.
