Q      How do I organise homecare for my loved one?
A       Step 1. Free consultation to assess the nature and level of care needed

Step 2. Design a care plan to meet individual requirements.

Step 3. Assign a homecare team to match your needs.

Step 4. Service delivery is continuously monitored and reviewed by our dedicated Homecare Supervisor to ensure you are entirely satisfied with the care provided

Q         Do you provide live in care?
A         There are a number of options available in relation to live in care and we will
            tailor a package to your needs

Q         What are the minimum hours a homecare staff member can work
A         We can place a homecare staff member for as little as 1 hour.

Q         Can I contact your office at the weekend if I have a query?
A         Our office is open from 7am-11pm Monday – Sunday
           Emergency on call is 11pm to 7pm Monday – Sunday

Q         Is myhomecare.ie flexible
A         myhomecare.ie is flexible short or long term; you can reschedule or cancel care
           at no extra cost to you.

Q         How contactable is myhomecare.ie
A         Our 24 hour service supports clients and homecare staff

Q         Do you provide a chiropodist service?
A         Yes we can provide a chiropodist service

Q        Can we access physiotherapy through your service
A        Yes we will arrange an appointment with a physiotherapist in your area.

Q        Do your care assistants have the FETAC level 5 course?,
A        Yes all our care assistants have the FETAC level 5 care of the elderly.

Q        Do your care assistants do sleepovers?
A        Yes – please contact one of our homecare co-coordinators for further details
